I gather Dr Andrew Fagelman thinks any and all crimes his staff are involved with are not their own fault i'm guessing he didn't know that if you lied to the police during an open investigation that's a crime even if the police are committing crimes hopefully it's something I can get put in front of the new commission into police corruption..
