Did NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd take anything compensation gifts while on the Board of FirstNet which was when he was employed by the City of NY and the NYPD -- did that get past the conflict of interest board? Bill Bratton held FirstNet board meetings at one police plaza until FirstNet came under scrutiny! Ray Kelly did not blow the whistle on 911 Tech corruption starting with HP because HP has huge contracts with homeland security and he wanted to be head of homeland security so he and bloomberg who wanted to be president protected HP?
