I spoke at the 9th Precinct community meeting so long ago right after Imette St. Guillen and Jennifer Moore were murdered and said no woman should die this way and I expressed great concerns. I was very unhappy with Community board 3 and know I hear they are orchestrating the Shut DOWN of Heathers the bar owned by the woman who came forward with the rape cop video supposedly because it is too noisy.
