NYDN Says Rape Cop May Face Accuser but Not if Joe Tacopina Can Prevent it!

What disappeared in this trial besides Justice?  Heroin Joe Tacopina got thrown out that was hidden in the NYPD Rape Cop Moreno’s locker for one.   Two:  Was DNA made to disappear as well since DNA from everyone on the planet was found but none from the NYPD rape cops, not even a strand of hair even thought they admit being in her bed and her couch!

Now Joe Tacopina will try and make sure the NYPD rape victim is made to disappear and not face down the NYPD Rape Cops.   Joe Hell BoundTacopina may succeed including in getting the guilty cops set free rather than face jail because of certain staff from the Manhattan DA talking about the case in an HBO special and not sharing that bit of information with the defense.....

Moreno and Mata deserve jail. The fix sure seems like it was in and they will walk so it is OJ justice karma will get them.Tacopina got the heroin hidden in Moreno 's locker thrown out. Cy Vance can prosecute Moreno for that but will he? Read Village Voice article on them roughing up a woman calling her the C word. Joe Tacopina says we can’t call the Rape Cops Rape Cops like we can’t call Van der Sloot a murderer? Tacopina went on and on about Van der sloot being innocent as his than client murdered yet another innocent woman.
