she is either scared of her husband or is scared of losing the money. What he did id wrong, what he admitted to cast doubt in his story. He has guilt though we will never know what he did. What he did is wrong, cuddling with her? An officer violated the rules he is bound too by oath. He did it, or something equally wrong. She knows it but she is taking the anger out on the wrong person.
