The corrupt skanky Mercer Hotel has the luck of the devil
Dear Ms. Troy:
I am writing in response to your email to the Mayor’s Office in which you requested a “No Idling” sign to be placed in front of The Mercer Hotel and across the street from the hotel 147 Mercer St. just above Prince St. on Mercer. On July 12th from 2:30PM until 3PM, an inspection was conducted at the aforementioned location, but the inspector found no idling vehicles. Since the inspection revealed no idling vehicles, the Department od Environmental Protection cannot submit a diagram to the Department of Transportation for the placement of such signage at this time. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.
Sincerely,
Gerry Kelpin
Director, Air/Noise Policies/Permitting/Enforcement
I suggested since that my blog has inspired the hotel to be better citizens but perhaps DEP could check back again.
See my YouTube and blog postings about The Mercer Hotel's manager harassing Viet Nam and Korean War Vets and now me for speaking up but I don't think he types the lying, hateful, misogynist emails himself but the NYPD do know all about the communications.
