I feel sorry for the ex and mom of the nypd rape cop who has the luck of pure evil.

His ex-called him a piece of sh/t and apparently the judge has no problem with Moreno showing up 90 minutes late to court....shameful because the judge rewarded Moreno more money from his ex.  Does Moreno encourage hatred of his ex as he some how gets more money from the ex?
