NYPD Rape cop was no threat to society despite preying on a
drunk woman, stealing her keys, making false 911 calls and
saying heroin in his locker he shares was not his. Thanks
Judge Nelson Roman and hopefully Moreno's wife no. 2
won't let him out at night anymore to cuddle with incapiticated
drunk women and by the way lost on the jury, in the State of
NY drunk people cannot consent to sex. The juries clearly
were prejudice and blamed the victim despite more than
enough evidence these cops were corrupt.
