Condolences to everyone but I want to know how and why this guys record was sealed and clearly the city takes sexual salt lately including at a doctors where I should've been safe but the mayor Mayor Bloomberg and now de Blasio 3 PC 2 Chief of IA, Chief they don't like me so it's OK. How many other victims are there going to be because of sealed records and crimes including by the people that are supposed to be investigating crimes?
Would all of yesterday's victims be alive or unharmed if this murder where is Records weren't sealed like my attackers crimes have been sealed along with her corrupt NYPD detectives and supervisors they sealed their crimes with her crimes !

Why was this murderers prior sealed and in my case my attacker did a pile of crimes couldn't threaten me and sexual assault menacing me and the cops joined in breaking laws protecting threats and the NYPD verbally violently threatened me with imprisonment and less I dropped my charges and they sealed her crimes along with those that lied during an open investigation with their nypd crimes when you seal up crimes are you doing it because sexual salt means nothing because violence is OK what are you doing fixing in favors or all of the above and then you're adding to more crimes more danger in danger in all our lives?
Now it comes out murderer at hospital had prior SEALED!! My case The corrupt cops the detectives at the 1st Precinct and their supervisors rush to seal their crimes with my attacker at the doctors!

I was verbally violently threatened by Det Vergona they protected a misogynist threat I believe is Joe Tacopina and the corrupt detectives rush to seal their crimes with my attacker Delita Hooks.
I have proof of threats I have police reports for the cop slide my attacker a psycho even signed a letter that I believe Joe Tacopina ghost wrote openly threatening me which is a crime that Internal Affairs Drugs means a case closed. Were are the arrests my attacker anyone who lied to the place during an open investigation as well as the corrupt cops lied in police reports party to coercion and threatening me and I allege Joe Tacopina whom crowns his website with Abner Louima and Tacopina bragged he got nypd rape cops off if I'm right it was him that threaten me during an open investigation and goes wrote my letter for my attacker threatening me again he should be in jail right now!!!!!
