He couldn't figure out why it says Dr. Fagelman assault but the many victims of that office get it and one was too frightened to come forward and testify. A patient described Delita Hooks as combative. Patient saw her before I was attacked and he never went back because he didn't feel safe funny because it seems the patient seem to blame the doctors much as they blame my attacker from their own bad experiences.
