I actually believe he beat Scott Stringer but didn't call for a recount of votes and maybe we have the answer to why.
It's like they're two Eliots and he keeps the 2nd Eliot hidden or tries to - sounds like Eliot number 2 in love with this young Russian woman she will be replaced the soonest possible with as many women as he can buy.

Eliot Spitzer appears to be really self-destructive I don't think he can be helped he could've helped the taxpayers the people in New York state in the city but he won't he can't.
