Reminder there was heroin in NYPD Rape Cop Moreno’s locker to the RetiredPD1993 officer but the Devil’s Advocates Joe Hell Bound Tacopina and Chad Venus Fly Trap Seigel some how mysteriously got the heroin thrown out. The jurors did not have the courage to send the NYPD Rape Cops to jail to they set it up for the judge to do it because they were too scared or lacked integrity. In the State of NY if someone is drunk they are not able to consent. Joe Tacopina went’ on about her walking in her high heels but horrifyingly enough he is representing Imette St. Guillen’s family and Imette walked out drunk and was tortured rape and murdered only to be represented by Tacopina Seigel who raped the NYPD rape victim again in court. We think the heroin Moreno had in his locker was to barter sex from a local addict. It was simple. The rape victim could not consent to anything so it was robbery and rape. Just like the NYPD Ticket Fix we also believe it was a DNA NYPD Fix because the NYPD Rape cops admitted to being in her bed and on her couch so no DNA not even one strand of hair? The fix was in and the juror was too afraid or lacked the integrity to send the NYPD Rape Cops to jail so even that was a set-up in this corrupt sad excuse for a case. The Rape Cops and everyone who helped them must like very hot places. This NYPD Rape Victim is alive but Imette St. Gullien and Jennifer Moore who was under age did not survive and even more women will not come forward because we did not have justice served but an even greater injustice.

As someone who attended the trial, unlike this juror, I DID believe that the prosecution proved the case beyond a reasonable doubt in spite of the lack of DNA evidence - I was shocked and outraged at the verdict! For any reader from New York City who would like to sign an online petition sponsored by the National Organization for Women/New York City Chapter urging Judge Carro to give them the max at the sentencing tomorrow here is the link: http://www.nownyc.org/women/index.php The current number of signers is 1,976. FYI: I filed a grievance against Chad Seigel for his use of the words Venus Fly Trap and his response to the Supreme court was to threaten me with a law suit. He also slandered me in his response stating I harassed him when in fact I had a protest not what he calls harassment and with the permission of the NYPD. He said I had 2 people when in fact I had 6 and one was decorated WW2 Vet. With my Counter suit I will be able to ask Tacopina Seigel for a lot of information and call star witness from Bernie Kerik who would like a few days out of jail to Tacopina and Seigel’s Moms and a lot of women. I was sent a legal document that has Tacopina’s name in it and I will get to ask Joe about it. Who knows, maybe it is a forgery. I want to ask Seigel and Tacopina about their very detailed cross examination of the NYPD Rape Vicitm. Anyone who wants to see Chad Seigel’s vile response to the Grievance committee let me know.
