Is the NYPD officer Moreno a liar? His lawyer says Moreno is an addict of alcohol -- not his words -- did he say alcoholic? What else is Moreno addicted to? Is he addicted to sex, lying ? Even telling lies becomes addictive and just spirals out of control.
How did he get these women’s identity cards? Isn’t that creepy these women’s ID’s just sat in his locker?
What the heroin to barter with one of the homeless women that will do what ever for drugs, etc.?
